PRODUCT NOTE: We recommend that dogs are supervised during playtime and remove the toy from the dog if it becomes damaged or parts become separated. Discontinue use if the toy is damaged. No dog toy is indestructible; and every dog interacts with its toys differently. Supervised play will go a long way toward helping toys last longer. 

We cannot offer refunds on toys that have been damaged through chewing.

Always supervise your dog during play and regularly check your dog's toys.  They need to be removed and replaced if damaged or if parts become detached and could be a choking hazard, and seek immediate veterinary attention if any material is ingested.
