DELIVERY OPTIONS FOR UK MAINLAND

DRY GOODS

Delivery times: We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them Monday-Friday.  DPD delivery is usually next day whilst Royal Mail 48 typically takes 2-5 business days. We endeavour to despatch all orders the same day when placed before 12 noon however, at peak times, it may take a little longer for your order to be despatched unless you have paid for Guaranteed Same Day Despatch.

Shipping options:

Under £30 – £3.95 | Royal Mail 48 (2-4 working days from despatch)
Over £30 – FREE | DPD (1-2 working days from despatch)
Guaranteed Same Day Despatch – £5.95 | DPD (Guaranteed Same Day Despatch Mon-Thurs for orders placed before 12 noon)

We endeavour to despatch all orders the same day when placed before 12noon however, at peak times, it may take a little longer for your order to be despatched.  We don’t offer a guaranteed service for these regions.

Under £30 – £3.95 | Royal Mail 24 (1-3 working days from despatch)
Over £30 – FREE* | Royal Mail 24 (1-2 working days from despatch)*
Over £30 - £5.95* | Royal Mail 24 (1-2 working days from despatch)**

*Weight limited to 10,000g
**Weight limited 10,001g-20,000g therefore a small surcharge is applied

Despatch confirmation: You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Delivery problems: If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible on customerservice@dragonflyproducts.co.uk so we can resolve the issue. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and will do our best to ensure your order is delivered to you in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Delivery restrictions: Please note that we do not ship to certain countries or regions due to shipping restrictions.

Redelivery: If you are not in to have your parcel delivered, it is your responsibility to arrange a safe place or collect it from your designated sorting office or parcel pick up shop.  Should your parcel be returned to us due to not being collected, there will be a delivery charge for us to resend it out to you or you can choose to have your parcel refunded, minus the delivery charge incurred by us.  Please ensure your address is filled in correctly at checkout as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses.

RAW/FROZEN LOCAL FOOD DELIVERIES & PICK UP*

We offer local delivery and pick up for our raw and frozen goods.  We are unable to send these items out via courier.  Please ensure you check we delivery to your area before ordering. Any raw food orders that are placed which are not within our local delivery areas will be refunded and cancelled.

We operate two routes below:

Every WEDNESDAY - HD1, HD2, HD3, HD4, HD5, HD7, HD8, HD9, WF13, WF14, WF15, WF16, OL3

Every THURSDAY - HX1, HX2, HX3, HX4, HX5, HX6, HX7, HD6, BD12, BD19

For Local Delivery, orders must be placed before 3pm the day before.  Raw food deliveries will be made during the day every Wednesday & Thursday between 9-5.   If you wish for our driver to leave your goods in a safe place, please let us know when ordering.  If using a safe place, when the temperature is warm, please leave a suitable container for us to put your frozen goods in to keep them cold.
