How to Earn Dragonfly Loyalty Points:
2 points for every £1 spent in-store or online.
10 points for every review without photos.
20 points for every review with an image.
100 points if your photo is used for marketing materials.*
200 points when you sign up.
500 points when you refer a friend.
How to Sign up to Dragonfly Points
Online
Customers with a Dragonfly Products account will automatically be a part of our loyalty points scheme. If you do not have an account with Dragonfly you can sign up by clicking the person icon on our website, enter your details and create a password.
Your account will automatically be given 200 points plus points from any previous purchases with the email address used to sign up to Dragonfly Products.
In-store
Speak to a member of staff at our Dragonfly Products shop and they will set up your account at the checkout. All you will need is your email address.
Go to your reward coupon and click Apply code. Or copy and paste the code into the discount bar at checkout.
You can return to this pop-up at any point during your shopping experience by pressing the Rewards button.
Please note that if you are not logged in or do not have a Dragonfly Products account you will not be able to use your points.
In-Store
Redeeming your points in our shop is super easy! Simply provide your customer details at the checkout (your name and email address) and we’ll apply your reward coupon.
Dragonfly Loyalty Program - Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: The Dragonfly Loyalty Program is open to all customers who create an account with Dragonfly Products. Points can only be earned and redeemed by account holders.
Earning Points:
2 Points for Every £1 Spent: Earn 2 points for every £1 spent on purchases made in-store or online. Points are awarded based on the total transaction amount, excluding shipping fees and discounts.10 Points for Reviews Without Photos: Earn 10 points for every product review submitted without photos. Reviews must be submitted through the appropriate platform linked to your account to qualify.20 Points for Reviews With an Image: Earn 20 points for every product review submitted with an image. Reviews and images must be your own and submitted through the appropriate platform linked to your account to qualify.100 Points for Photo Use in Marketing Materials: Earn 100 points if your photo is selected for use in Dragonfly Products’ marketing materials. Photos may be sourced from reviews, social media platforms, or other locations. Once selected and points are awarded, Dragonfly Products retains the right to use the image in any format, an unlimited number of times.200 Points When You Sign Up: New customers earn 200 points upon successfully creating an account with Dragonfly Products.500 Points for Referring a Friend: Earn 500 points for every friend you refer who signs up for an account and makes their first purchase. Your friend must use your unique referral link to qualify.
Redeeming Points: Points can be redeemed online or in-store. To redeem points online, sign in to your account, access your rewards dashboard, and apply your desired reward at checkout. In-store, provide your account details (name and email address) at checkout to redeem your points.
Point Expiration: Loyalty points do not expire as long as the program is active. However, Dragonfly Products reserves the right to terminate or modify the loyalty program at any time.
General Conditions:
Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Dragonfly Products reserves the right to adjust or revoke points in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or errors.
Points are non-transferable between accounts.
Program Changes: Dragonfly Products reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program, including the points structure, rewards, and terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice.
By participating in the Dragonfly Loyalty Program, you agree to these terms and conditions.
100 Points Reward for Photo Use in Marketing Materials - Terms and Conditions
This reward scheme was introduced on 10/08/24. Photos used prior to this date are not eligible for a reward.
Photo Source: Photos may be sourced from various platforms, including Reviews, Instagram, Facebook, Google Reviews, or other locations.
Reward: The account associated with the selected photo will receive a one-time reward of 100 loyalty points.
How to Claim the Reward: Depending on the source, the photo owner will either be contacted directly or can claim their loyalty points by emailing customerservice@dragonflyproducts.co.uk.
How Many Times You Can Claim the Reward:You can claim 100 points per photo. If more than one of your photos is used, you can claim multiple rewards.
Photo Use: Once the account is credited with 100 loyalty points, Dragonfly Products will have the right to reuse the image in any format, as many times as needed.
Exclusions: Photos taken by Dragonfly Products or by creatives hired by Dragonfly Products at events are the property of Dragonfly Products and are not eligible for the reward.
