Instead of grains, this recipe uses sweet potato as a gentle, slow-release carbohydrate source. It’s rich in B-vitamins and provides energy without upsetting sensitive tummies.
Carrot adds natural beta-carotene — a source of vitamin A — which helps support healthy eyesight and general wellbeing.
