I've only had positive experiences with Dragonfly Products. I've got a little Dachshund who absolutely devours all of her Dragonfly treats. The shipping is always speedy - a little shame that the min for free shipping has been set to £40 but I understand that it is an expensive extra to offer to customers. Overall, I can 100% recommend Dragonfly products - they're great!
