Raffle Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility: The raffle is open to individuals aged 18 years and above, residing within the United Kingdom, except employees and immediate family members of the organisers.

Ticket Purchase: To participate, individuals must purchase one or more raffle ticket strips. Each strip will be allocated a colour and set of numbers. Strips can be bought online through our designated platform.

Ticket Strip Price: The price per raffle ticket strip is £1. Participants may choose to purchase multiple strips for an increased chance of winning.

Payment: All payments for raffle tickets strips must be made in British Pounds (GBP) and must be received before the raffle closing date to be eligible for entry.

Closing Date: The closing date for purchasing raffle ticket strips is 07.09.25 at 23:49 GMT. Any entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.

Ticket Allocation: Once payment is confirmed, ticket numbers will be sent to the participants via email within 48 hours.

Draw Date: The raffle draw will take place on Monday 08.09.25 12:00. The draw will be conducted fairly and transparently.

Draw Location: The draw will be conducted live on our official Facebook page. Participants are welcome to watch the draw in real-time.

Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email or phone within 24 hours of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days, another winner will be randomly selected.

Prize Delivery: If the winner resides locally, they may choose to collect the prize in person from Dragonfly Products, Unit 4, Kiln Hill Industrial Estate, Slaithwaite, Huddersfield, HD7 5JS. For winners residing outside the local area, the prize will be posted to the provided address within 14 days of the draw.
Prize Acceptance: The prize, an amazing Natural Treat Box worth £30 is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
